Energy and fatigue

Lately I have been suffering from some form of fatigue. I am still yet to isolate the cause, but I suspect it is a number of factors working together to sap my reserves. Obviously it is normal to feel a little run down from time to time but I have felt consistently ran down for a couple of weeks. Thus, I have decided it is time I take this seriously and reclaim the high energy levels I am used to.

How does this relate to this blog you may ask? On a personal level, I do not feel overly motivated conduct the research upon which this blog is based.

In a more general sense, one has to be functioning optimally in their everyday life in order to focus on their spiritual pursuits. This is obvious. Before serious work can be done on ones spirituality one must have their mundane life in order. Thus ways to raise energy levels should be explored beforehand, unless you already feel you have an over abundance of energy (which is me in my normal state).

I have found the following list of ways to increase energy very enlightening.
5 Ways to Boost Your Energy

I would also add: taking ginseng until energy levels have returned to normal, and perhaps periodically there after; switch to a diet mainly consisting of fresh organic produce; get more exercise (though nothing too strenuous initially); detoxing the body; and seriously considering what factors in your life may be causing you have less energy than normal, perhaps you are not being entirely true to yourself and need to spend more time doing what you really love, or that you need some time out from the world to relax, reflect and recharge your battery.

A Short Break

The Temple of Liberation has not been forgotten! We will be back soon with even better content. Lately, we have been considering what direction we want to take this blog in, hosting options, web design and acquiring the resources to make this a quality blog. As well as preliminary work being put into creating original content for the blog as opposed to just links and excerts from other websites. We are due very shortly for our second monthly meeting where we will discuss these issues further.
If anyone can give us suggestions of blogging tools that do not discriminate against a blog that is trying to explore the liberation of human sexuality, we would be very interested to hear from you. Blogspot is great for starting up a new blog and for its ease of use but does not have all the tools we require. Wordpress would be perfect, it is highly adaptable, contains many excellent tools for webmasters and has the option to use it as a tool to launch a site on your own server. Unfortunitely Wordpress is also biased against x-rated material. So the search continues for a suitable blogging tool. We are also in the process of learning html to further enhance ours (and hopely you) blogging experience. On top of this I am in the process of putting together a computer that will better serve my needs.
We take this blog very seriously. It is now a part of your journey of self-discovery.
